CITIZENSHIP TRAINING PROGRAMME
AND EXCURSIONS.
An excursion of three to five days duration will be
conducted for the benefit of the students as part of
the training, each under Educational Excursion and Citizenship
Training Camp.
Places of educational, cultural and historical importance
will be visited. The citizenship training programme
aims at fostering the qualities of good citizenship,
secular orientation, protection of composite culture,
appreciation of our cultural heritage, promotion for
national integration etc. The college extensively fosters
activities which enable growth of these qualities in
its students.
EXAMINATION / EVALUATION
The scheme of examination for the B.Ed. course will
consist of internal assessment & external assessment.
Every subject under Paper I to Paper VII will have both
forms of examination. The total marks allotted for all
subjects put together in internal assessment is 160
& for external assessment is 540. In addition to
this, group teaching is also examined with marks of
200 in internal assessment & 100 in external assessment.
